Urgent appointments

To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday):

  • Use our preferred contact method (Online Appointment System) – Patches

Please do not use Patchs in an emergency. Instead, please phone the practice on 02074602222. If the practice is closed then please call 111, or consider attending A&E if you feel your condition may be life threatening.

Or alternatively:

  • Phone us on 020 7460 2222 if you do not want to use the online GP appointment system. Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
  • Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Routine appointments

To request a routine appointment in the next 14 days:

Non-urgent advice: Notice

Once we have received your online consultation, you will recieve a message in your patchs lnbox. The information you have provided will be reviewed by a clinician and you will then be offered an appointment which may be by telephone, video or face to face.

In some instances, we may be able to provide you with the information you need by responding to you via a text message if a consultation is not necessary, or may direct you to a more appropriate service like a pharmacy.

You will also be able to contact us via Patchs for administrative requests and to access self-care advice 24 hours a day.

  • Use our appointment request form, Monday to Friday 8am to 6:30pm. We will respond within 4 hours during opening times
  • Use our Online GP Appointment System – SystmOnline
  • Phone us on 020 7460 2222, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm
  • Visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm
  • Use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) to book a screening test or vaccination

  • On a video call
  • By text or email

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

To cancel your appointment:

  • Use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
  • Use our preffered method – Patches
  • Using the GP online system – SystmOnline
  • Phone us on 020 7460 2222, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm
  • Reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

If you need help with your appointment

Please tell us:

  • if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
  • if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
  • if you need an interpreter
  • if you have any other access or communication needs

Home visits

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need.

Please contact the surgery ideally before 11:00am if you think you need a home visit

You may only request a home visit if you are a housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.

Visits are usually carried out during the afternoon.  We usually prefer to see patients here in the surgery so that they can benefit from our in-house equipment.

Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to assess the urgency of your visit.

If you are suffering with chest pains, breathing problems or severe abdominal pain, please make sure that you communicate it to us.

Pharmacists

Your local pharmacist can give clinical advice and treatment for common illnesses such as colds, coughs aches and pains.They can also help you decide if you need to contact other healthcare services. 

Some of the services provided by your local pharmacy include:

  • Coughs, cold and flu
  • Earache and ear infections
  • Diarrhoea/vomiting
  • Conjunctivitis 
  • Emergency repeat prescription service
  • Urine infection and cystitis 
  • Raised temperature/fever
  • Emergency contraception 
  • Skin infections,rashes, allergic reactions

Extended Hours Service

If you are registered with a local GP you can now access GP and Nurse Evening appointments at West London extended hours hubs.

To access this service call the GP practice and and ask for an extended hours access appointment
