Covid Vaccination Spring Campaign

From 22 April until 30 June 2024, the seasonal COVID-19 booster will be available, free, for those who are eligible:

• adults aged 75 years and over.

• residents in care homes for older adults.

• individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed

(as defined in the Green Book, chapter 14a; tables 3 and 4).

 The main vaccination provider this campaign is Community Pharmacy.

 From 15 April patients have been able to book their vaccination via the National Booking System (NBS) for vaccination week commencing 22 April, and any that provide a walk-in service also opened from 22 April.

Housebound referral lists have been sent to the Roving team by the GP Federation on behalf of all West London GP Practices. The Roving began contacting patients from 8 April to schedule home visits and will try up to 3 times to reach the patient. Home visits will take place any time between 15th April and 30th June.
