Appointment on time and the nurse was amazing
The staff was very helpful, polite and caring.
Spoke to a doctor who sorted out my problem Everything went smoothly. I went in to have my BP checked.
Because the Doctor I saw listened to my concerns and appreciated why I was concerned, answered all my questions and opened the door for me for the future should I need further help. |

Patches works well. N usually replies very quickly.
very efficient and pleasant nurse, and I hate needles...!
Thorough examination by doctor including chest x-ray & blood tests, twice for each. Also follow-up appointment to discuss results and further actions.

Easy to make an appointment arrived early and was seen early all very efficient. Punctual, professional, steps explained. Seen on time and nurse was very informative with results. Caring and considerate treatment with patience. Reception staff helpful, waiting time short, HCA helpful and efficient. Good customer service.

Easy to get appointment very pleased with the service. The gp was very accommodating, relaxed and friendly and smiley. I arrived a few minutes late for my appointment and everyone was very understanding. The receptionists are very helpful and compassionate and empathetic. I thought the service at violet Melchett was very good and prompt. It’s always a pleasure to visit violet Melchett surgery, as its very clean and open space. Got an appointment on the same day as econsult. |

Doctor very polite, checked both my ears, answered my questions and offered a satisfactory solution. The receptionist was helpful and the reception area was clean and welcoming. I wasn’t kept waiting and I found Dr very helpful and thoughtful.. Staff at reception are very efficient and helpful. Calls are quicker and reception are very helpful and responsive to queries. Dr listened to my concerns and took right action. Quick response.

Very kindly organised an appointment on the phone with a pharmacist. My appointment with Mr T went very well. He saw me exactly at the appointed time and was very clear and attentive and I left with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Very encouraging and overall a very positive experience. Staff polite and friendly. Waiting time was short. Excellent service receptionist very polite and HCA very professional and answered all my questions. Great venue,great service, great gp. Nice nurse, excellent treatment and very quick. |

Excellent, efficient, empathetic and great service. I was seen promptly and attended to including referral for tests at the hospital same day! Very efficient thank you. Always lots of information and knowledge which is what you need when you are unwell. I contacted you by Patches. I received a call from a doctor within about 90 minutes and was offered a same day appointment. Tentative caring & good communication. Everybody was very friendly and everything was well organised. |
